Can I get same day delivery?

Same day delivery is available throughout Australia on orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Saturday same day delivery is available throughout Australia on orders placed before 10.00am in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Please note: Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas may not be same-day guaranteed.

Please note: We do not accept delivery requests for Sunday since we cannot guarantee their delivery.

 

When will my flowers be delivered?

You may specify a preference for delivery time during checkout but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. You may specify any time, AM or PM.

 

What is a substitution policy?

Please note that with Flower orders, some flowers/products may be substituted based on availability per state. If this occurs we will fulfil the order to equal value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by the supplying florist, even if the florist has not delivered the order. If the cancellation request is made before make up, then we may be able to cancel the order. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

 

What is your refund/return policy?

It is not normally policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and gift are individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact us using the contact form so we can determine the best solution to the problem. We are able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement product if required. We do ask however that the original product is kept and available for collection. We cannot offer any refund or replacement if the product has been destroyed or is unavailable for collection.

 

What happens if my flowers are not delivered?

In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with our office within 7 days). If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with a additional $8.80 delivery charge. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back to the executing florist and we will make contact with the recipient to arrange a new delivery time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $8.80 delivery fee.

 

Are you a retail florist shop?

No, we are an online ecommerce retailer.

 

Do you use a flower relay service for delivery?

A floral relay service is a company which has local florist members who subscribe to a service which allows them to send and receive orders through the florist network. If you go into a local florist and send flowers interstate or overseas then generally the florist will submit your order to the relay service and it will be fulfilled by a florist in the delivery area. That is primarily the service that the relay provides – interconnection between members. In this case the sending florist receives a commission and the relay service takes a fee. We operate on the same model but send orders into the network that are taken through an online ecommerce store.

We use Petals as our floral relay provider. Petals is a reputable relay that has been in business for over 20 years and connects to over 800 florists around Australia.
