I need help placing an order
New to the web? That's OK, you're not alone. This brief guide will step you through the process of placing an order on this website.
Finding a product
Firstly you need to find a product that meets your needs. There are three easy ways to do this:
- Select a category that matches your occasion from the main blue bar
- Use the gift finder on the homepage
- Select “All Occasions” from the main blue bar above and browse all our products
No matter which option you choose you will be presented with a list of products you can choose from. We only show 9 products per page so you don’t have to wait too long for the page to load. To view more products make sure you use the “pagination” bar to see the next group of products. Sometimes there will be no pagination bar as there are 9 or fewer products. You can easily tell from the number of products shown.
Selecting a product
Once you see a product you like you can click on the product image or the “more information” link to see more details, or the order now to go straight to the checkout. If you choose to see more of the product details then you can go back to the list using your back button on the browser
On some products we offer the option of increasing the size of the bouquet and other products such as balloons and chocolate. Increasing the size of the bouquet will mean the florist can add some more flowers and foliage to make your gift fuller and more vibrant. This is purely optional though as the standard bouquets are sure to please in any case.
Completing your order through checkout
Once you have made your selection you will need to go through our checkout to complete your order. There are 5 easy steps to the checkout process.
- Checkout entry
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Delivery details
- Payment details
- Order Confirmation
Before you checkout you are given the chance to review the products in your basket. If all is OK you can move on by clicking “proceed to checkout”. If you don’t have the correct items in your basket then use the trash can icon to delete the items and go back and find another product.
When entering checkout there are 3 options to choose. Guest checkout, Register and Login. Guest checkout is the quickest and easiest way to checkout and simply collects the required details to execute your order. Register allows new users to set a password so they can log in and review their orders in our account section. Next time you order it also remembers your address. If you have already registered in the past you can log in using your email address and password.
Billing AddressHere we collect your billing address. This is the same address as the cardholder who is paying for the order.
Delivery addressNext we collect the delivery address. If your delivery address is the same as the billing address you can just check the box that says “my delivery address is the same as the billing address” and all your details will be automatically populated.
Delivery DetailsIn the delivery details section we find out when you want your flowers delivered. You can also set a gift message which will be delivered with your order. We also ask that you identify the occasion to help our florists select appropriate items for you flowers.
You can also specify some special instructions such as:
- Where to leave the flowers/gift if no-one is home
- Any special color preference for the flowers
- Any special flower preference for the boquet (e.g. you may want a specific birth flower)
Next we collect your credit card details. Rest assured we take your security and privacy very seriously. When you enter your credit card details (and other details) they are protected by encryption to prevent anyone else seeing your details. We also send your details directly to our payment provider who contacts the bank to verify your details. We do not store your credit card information on our systems.
Order confirmationThe last step in the process is to allow you to verify your order. Please check over everything and make sure your details are correct, the delivery address is correct and you have all the products you ordered. To complete your order just click on the “confirm” button!.
What next?
You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. This is also your Tax Invoice. We will send your order on to our partner floral network for delivery to a local florist.
